General Manager He stated: "This year, despite all the hardships, Lingmin employees have risen to the challenge with the resilience of a man who, despite countless setbacks, remains unwavering, regardless of the winds." Despite a 3% decrease in gross profit margin, we achieved 94% of our sales and 84% of our gross profit targets. Each of these achievements is invaluable." This year, we maintained our position, expanded against the odds, and recruited talented individuals, embodying the saying, "Though sifting through the sands is arduous, gold is finally found." We expanded our business scope, securing partnerships with numerous renowned companies in the food, cosmetics, and air transportation industries, further enhancing our market influence. "Talent is the foundation of success, and talent is the root of business expansion"—this reflects the wisdom and hard work of all Lingmin employees.

We also achieved numerous highlights in technological innovation: three new utility model patents were granted, 10 patents were authorized, and we solved the problem of thermal paper label loss in extreme cold conditions, earning us the "2024 SF Express Service Benchmark Award." The R&D team's unwavering dedication, the production process's pursuit of excellence, and the logistics team's unwavering support—each step embodies the ingenious spirit of "carving out a mountain through a thousand hammers and chisels."

In the new year, we aim for a 16% year-on-year increase in sales and a 21% increase in gross profit. We will consolidate our foundation in the agrochemical industry and expand into areas such as food, cosmetics, and supermarkets, taking cautious steps and continuously achieving breakthroughs.

Outstanding Safety Sharers Zhang Jie and Miao Senlin demonstrated safety through case studies; Outstanding Workers Chen Shaoming, Chen Cai, and Feng Min demonstrated dedication through their own actions; Teng Haining, recipient of the New Product Development Award, explored new markets with keen insight; and Best Newcomers Li Peng and Tang Fengliang, among others, demonstrated their brilliance and unlimited potential.
